Spiced Gin Cooler

Spiced Gin Cooler

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml London Dry Gin
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • Seven Dates Original to top
  • Slice of Ginger
  • 3-4 juniper berries

Directions

The Botanical Base: Begin by pouring 50ml of premium London Dry Gin and 15ml of freshly squeezed, strained lemon juice directly into the base of an empty Highball or Collins glass. Give them a quick swirl to marry the citrus with the botanicals.

Add the Chill: Fill the glass to the brim with large, crystal-clear ice cubes. Adding the ice after the base spirits ensures a perfect chill without premature dilution.

The Sparkling Crown: Gently pour ice-cold Seven Dates Original to top off the glass (approximately 120ml). Pour slowly down the side of the glass to preserve the delicate effervescence of the soft drink.

The Gentle Integration: Insert a long bar spoon down the side of the glass and pull the bottom liquids upward in a single, smooth motion. This ensures the gin and lemon are perfectly dispersed through the sparkling amber beverage.

The Aromatic Garnish: Drop 3 or 4 whole juniper berries onto the surface of the drink to echo the gin's botanical heart. Slide a thin, fresh slice of ginger down the inside edge of the glass for a striking visual and an extra hint of spice.

Serve: Present immediately, inviting the guest to enjoy the crisp, aromatic effervescence.
