Iced Tea of the Earl

Iced Tea of the Earl

Ingredients:

  • 40 ml Cold Brew Earl Grey Tea
  • Seven Dates syrup or Small spoon of honey
  • Seven Dates Original to top

Directions

The Aromatic Base: Begin by pouring 40ml of deeply steeped, premium Cold Brew Earl Grey tea directly into the base of the glass. Add one small spoon of high-quality honey.

The Sweet Integration: Use a bar spoon to stir the tea and honey briskly for a few moments. Mixing them before adding ice ensures the thick honey dissolves perfectly into the cold liquid.

Prepare the Glass: Fill the glass to the very brim with large, crystal-clear ice cubes to ensure a perfectly chilled, crisp mocktail.

The Sparkling Crown: Gently pour ice-cold Seven Dates Original to top off the glass (approximately 120ml). Pour slowly down the inside edge to preserve the crisp, 100% natural effervescence. As it pours, the warm spices of the soft drink will naturally begin to intertwine with the bergamot.

The Gentle Lift: Insert the bar spoon down the side of the glass and pull the bottom liquids upward in a single, smooth motion to seamlessly marry all the complex flavors.

The Royal Garnish: Take a long, fresh twist of lemon zest. Hold it over the glass to express the fragrant oils, then carefully roll the peel into a tight, elegant spiral and place it delicately among the ice.

Serve: Present immediately, inviting the guest to enjoy this brilliantly balanced, botanical refreshment.

Garnish: A lemon twist rolled into a spiral.
