Ingredients:

6–8 fresh White Mulberries
2 oz (60 ml) Raki (such as Yeni Raki)
4 oz (120 ml) Seven Dates drink
1 oz (30 ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
Garnishes: 1 whole White Mulberry, 1 Lemon Slice
Ice Cubes
Tools: Immersion blender or sturdy muddler, Jigger, Highball or Tumbler glass, Black reusable straw

Muddle the Base: In a sturdy mixing glass or pitcher, place the fresh white mulberries along with the fresh lemon juice and the Raki.
Blend or Crush: For the smoothest result, briefly use an immersion blender for a few seconds to fully crush the mulberries and integrate them with the liquids. Alternatively, muddle them aggressively. The resulting liquid will have a lovely green-gold color and a pulpy texture.
Prepare the Glass: Fill your chosen highball glass or tumbler completely with ice cubes.
Build the Drink: Pour the muddled/blended mulberry and Raki mixture (pulp included) over the ice cubes in the glass.
Top Off: Pour the remaining Seven Dates drink from the can into the glass, bringing the liquid level to just below the rim. This will create a foam head.
Garnish and Serve: Carefully place a single whole white mulberry on the rim of the glass. Add a fresh lemon slice to the opposite side of the rim. Insert a black reusable straw.
